How much does it cost?

Weekly is $17/visit (~$74/month) for one dog. Bi-weekly is $25/visit (~$54/month). Twice-weekly is $14/visit (~$121/month). Add $5/visit for a 2nd dog, $8/visit for 3+. One-time cleanup is $65 small yard / $95 large yard. HOA stations are $12–$20 each per visit by tier. Every price is on /pricing — no quote forms.

Is the first cleanup really free?

Yes — free first cleanup with any recurring subscription. No catch. If you hate us, cancel before the second visit and you owe nothing.

Do you have a contract?

Accepted Answer

No contracts. Cancel any time. Full prorated refund for any prepaid days you don't use.

Question 4

How does the snowbird pause work?

Accepted Answer

Click "Pause" in your booking portal. Pause for a week, six months, or whatever you need. No fees, no contract penalty, no awkward phone call. Click "Resume" when you're back.

Do you serve HOAs?

Yes — pet waste stations from $12–$20/station/visit by volume tier, $8/200-count bag rolls, common-area scooping by sqft. We're the only PCB/30A scooper with a real published HOA rate card. See /services/hoa-program.

What if I live in an HOA you serve?

Accepted Answer

You get 10% off our published residential subscription rates — for as long as the HOA contract is active. Mention it when you book.

Question 7

I run a vacation rental. Can you sync with my calendar?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your booking calendar and we automatically schedule a scoop within 2 hours of guest checkout — before your housekeeper arrives. $25 per turnover when synced this way, or $35 with one-day notice.

How do you bill?

Per visit completed, charged to your card on file. Not flat-rate monthly — clearer for you, no over- or undercharging on short months. Prepay annually and save 8% (≈ one month free).

What about rain or holidays?

We service in light/moderate rain. In heavy weather we reschedule to the next business day. We don't service Christmas Day or Thanksgiving — your visit shifts to the next available day with no charge.

Is your sanitizer pet-safe?

Yes. The yard deodorizing add-on uses pet-safe, kid-safe, grass-safe products. We hose down before treating and let it air-dry; no residue, no wait time.

What areas do you cover?

Panama City Beach (32407, 32408, 32413), Panama City (32401, 32404), and all of 30A — Inlet Beach to Dune Allen including Rosemary, Alys, Seaside, WaterColor, WaterSound, Seacrest, Seagrove, Santa Rosa Beach, Grayton, Blue Mountain, and Dune Allen.

Do you need to be home for the scoop?

No. We just need gate access. Most customers leave a gate code in the booking notes; we send a "scoop complete" email with a photo when we're done.
